Luxury Space article in MONU Magazine
While living and practicing as an architect and urban designer in Shanghai, I wrote an article for MONU (Magazine ON Urbanism) about the first luxury outdoor mall in the city, Xintiandi. In it I discuss the various gazes and stereotypes at play in the development and why it had a huge appeal to both foreigners and locals.

The Accuracy of Far-Future Predictions article for Conditions Magazine
I wrote an article for the Scandinavian urbanism magazine, Conditions, about the possibility of making far-future predictions in the context of utopian visions put forth by architects and urbanists. In I critique architectural visions and advocate for a multidisciplinary approach to forecasting.

Welcome to the Jumble article for METROPOLIS Magazine
While at Continuum Innovation, I co-authored a piece with Lee Moreau and Buck Sleeper on the future of multi-family housing. In it we discussed how the civic realm and programming previously restricted to the ground floor would expand upwards into semi-public spaces in ever larger buidlings (think Hudson yards and the Highline in NYC).
